Brickell Gateway is a .487-acre development site in the heart of Brickell, Miami, situated directly across from Gazit’s Brickell Station asset and Brickell City Centre. Located at the prime southeast corner of SW 8th Street and SW 1st Avenue, it aligns with the western spine of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood and the Underline project.

Currently in predevelopment, Brickell Gateway is planned to become a 62-story Trophy-quality tower, featuring 504 market-rate luxury apartment units, over 18,000 square feet of flagship ground and second-floor retail space, and 344 parking spaces upon completion.
